Frank Shamrock is a multiple-time world champion mixed martial artist with a 16-year career that saw him claim titles in the UFC, Strikeforce, Pancrase, and the WEC, all this after overcoming a tumultuous childhood of abuse and incarceration.
Frank graciously handed over the baton to the next generation of fighters and transitioned into promoting Strikeforce, which the UFC bought for 34m. This freed Frank to transition into his proudest role as a super-dad to his daughter Nicolette and the running of his organization, The Shamrock Way.
He returns to the ManKind Podcast with Brandon Clift to discuss the critical role that "Girl-Dads" play in the development and lives of their daughters and how we can apply the Plus, Minus, and Equal System to achieve excellence in all areas of life.
